Being an artist and a consistent content creator at the same time is hard and time consuming. I don't know how I missed sharing pics of the sweetest and lovely couple, Arjun and Naresh. They had to change their wedding venue from New Orleans to Boston and plan their 4 day wedding in less than 3 days because of the hurricane. They knew exactly which elements to incorporate in their henna designs. Fairytale comes true for these two ❣️ Prarthana Desai and Ewen Blair , It was such a memorable 3 day wedding celebrations to be part of and witness, where two cultures came together to celebrate two wonderful people. From start to finish, everything was perfect. The magical Melville castle venue, bride's baarat, beautiful Indian and Scottish ceremonies, lovely outdoor reception, amazing dancing and Ceilidh (Scottish traditional folk music and dancing). Thank you for the honor and assigning me as an officiant to translate during the Hindu ceremony so guests will have a good understanding of the ceremony. Applying henna for a family member gives you immense pleasure . We incorporated Scotch thistle, mars, groom's name ( we were very sneaky hiding Ewen's name) and paw print. We used cones from @bharathi_sanghani_mehndi for the bridal henna. After a decade , I was on the other side of the table, getting henna done. This was for the beautiful Amanda back in Sept 2022. She knew what she wanted out of her bridal henna! She sent me a Google doc with all the amazing elements she wanted. So we did!
